DSWD accredits four CSOs; gives 12 SWDAs go signal to implement social welfare programs

The Certificate of Accreditation is accorded to civil society organizations (CSOs) to render them eligible to avail of funding from partner-government agencies as an implementer of a program or as beneficiary.
On the other hand, the SWDAs are also given Certificate of Registration, License to Operate, and Certificate of Accreditation for them to legally implement social welfare and development programs and services.
In addition to the OPM Inc, four other CSOs were given accreditation; six SWDAs were accorded with certificates of registration; two SWDAs were awarded with certificates of registration and license to operate; and one SWDA was given a certificate of registration, license to operate and certificate of accreditation. ###
