Ceremonial Turnover of Russian Donations

Samples of the donated goods from Russia, which include bags of rice and sugar, canned milk, and canned meat or beef stew. The goods, coursed through the DSWD, will be distributed to the internally displaced persons of various disasters that recently hit the country.
